Corporate Ethics
  1. How to align the objectives of the corporate to objectives of employees.
  2. Corporate Ethics must be such where top executives must walk their talk.
  3. Performance and transparency be the order of the day.
  4. Customer/Supplier/or any Stake holders be serviced as a focal area.
HR polices
  1. Recruitment and selection polices must be fair and transparent.
  2. Proper Induction be done of employees when they join organization to orient them to organization objectives.
  3. Compensation structure be based on competencies and performance.
  4. Reward and punishment be transparent for every employee in the organization.
  5. System of Performance appraisal be meticulously done.
  6. Exit policies or retiring benefits be commensurate to the performance put in.
  7. Sufficient training and development opportunities be provided to employees to achieve the competencies required to perform the job and also make them employable.
  8. Service conditions and rules/ regulations regarding their career progression, their perks be transparent.
