- Proper Induction be done of employees when they join organization to orient them to organization objectives.
- Compensation structure be based on competencies and performance.
- Reward and punishment be transparent for every employee in the organization.
- System of Performance appraisal be meticulously done.
- Exit policies or retiring benefits be commensurate to the performance put in.
- Sufficient training and development opportunities be provided to employees to achieve the competencies required to perform the job and also make them employable.
- Service conditions and rules/ regulations regarding their career progression, their perks be transparent.
