MiDCOM Africa at a Glance

MiDCOM is the brand owned by the telecommunications division of MIDLAND GROUP OF COMPANIES LIMITED.

MiDCOM's primary association is with the world most popular mobile handset brand "NOKIA"

Currently MiDCOM acts as a distributor and leading supplier of NOKIA brand mobile phones and accessories in four countries in East Africa. viz Tanzania, Rwanda, Kenya and Uganda.

In the recent years MiDCOM has laid foundation of an organized approach in the mobile phone handset industry in East Africa. Communications is one of the fastest growing industries in the world and MiDCOM compliments the industry as leading suppliers of quality handsets and accessories.

Apart of establishing mere distribution channels, MiDCOM also promises quality after sales services to their customers. We have established a "L-3" Nokia care center as well in Kampala, Uganda, followed by an "L-2" center in Dar-Es-Salaam, Tanzania.
The purpose of the care center is to cater to the warranties as promised by Nokia.

The vision of MiDCOM is to become a leading distributor of Nokia handsets and accessories in the African region.
